Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Wonder Mart, we strive to balance premium customer service with sustainable business operations. This policy governs all orders placed within Pakistan.
1. The 30-Day Return Window (Change of Mind)
In compliance with international standards, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition Requirement: To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original factory packaging with all seals intact.
- Eligibility: Requests based on change of mind or ordering errors are only accepted if the product remains strictly unopened.
- Shipping Cost: For "Change of Mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items (24-Hour Strict Reporting)
If your product is damaged before packing or arrives defective, Wonder Mart will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
- Reporting Limit: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence Required: You must provide an unedited unboxing video and clear photos showing the defect and the packaging.
- Verification: Claims made after 24 hours or without video evidence will not be eligible for review.
3. Replacement & Refund Process
Replacement is our primary resolution method.
- If a claim is verified, we will ship a replacement subject to stock availability.
- Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or via Bank Transfer.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges, COD fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned once delivered:
- Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products.
- Health, wellness, and intimate/innerwear items.
- Electrical/Electronic items once the seal is broken.
- Clearance, sale, or "Flash Sale" items.
- Items showing signs of customer misuse or negligence.
5. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge a fee to put items back into stock.
- Shipping Responsibility:
- Seller Pays: If the item was damaged before packing or is incorrect.
- Buyer Pays: For change of mind, mishandling, or if a returned item fails inspection and must be sent back to the customer.
6. Order Cancellations & Failed Deliveries
- Cancellations: Only possible before the order is dispatched.
- Refused Delivery: If a customer refuses a COD order without a valid reason, Wonder Mart reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from future orders or restrict the account.
7. Disclaimer & Jurisdiction
- Visuals: Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color or packaging due to lighting/manufacturing are not considered defects.
- Legal: This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes fall under Pakistani jurisdiction.
