4. Shipping Charges

💡 All shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

9. Inspection at Delivery
- Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery
- Any visible damage, tampering, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours
- Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained

Failure to receive tracking updates does not constitute a shipping breach.
